Learn what to ask about credit usage, account duration, trials and top-ups before choosing a package.
Credits are a provider-defined unit
IPTV reseller credits are an internal accounting unit used to activate or renew accounts. They are not a universal currency. Different providers can use different rules for durations, connections and account types, so a credit quantity alone does not explain what a package buys.
Ask for the conversion rules
Request the credit cost of every account duration you intend to offer. Ask whether adding an extra connection changes that cost. Confirm whether the same rules apply to new accounts and renewals. Keep the current schedule in your records rather than relying on an old screenshot or a verbal estimate.
Check validity and trial conditions
Find out whether unused credits have an expiry date, whether a minimum balance is required and whether trials consume credits. If trials are available, ask about their duration, daily limits and eligible account types. A trial is a compatibility check, not a guarantee that every device or network will behave the same way.
Plan top-ups using account records
Track activations and renewals in a private record. Include the date, agreed duration, credits used and next renewal date. This lets you estimate upcoming demand from actual customer activity. Avoid purchasing a large package simply because its headline quantity looks attractive.
Compare total terms, not only quantity
When comparing quotations, consider credit validity, payment terms, account limitations and support arrangements alongside the price. Ask what happens if an account is cancelled or activated with incorrect details. Do not assume credits can be reversed, refunded or transferred unless the written terms say so.
